The Roy Hill Rail project consisted of 344km of railway line connecting the Roy Hill mine in the Pilbara, WA, to the port loading facilities at Port Hedland.

The on-site production of 4,200 tonnes of Stilcor CSP culverts, ranging is diameter from 600 to 3,600 mm. To ensure the timely supply of culverts to the numerous installation crews, located throughout the chainage, we simultaneously ran two on-site mills across 7 locations, over a five-month period. The project was completed on time and without incident.

Further works on the project, designed and supplied by Roundel, included three large-span B381 haul road underpasses, supplied to Roy Hill directly.
